Your GRADUATION Story
Although I have created and taught many courses as a professional educator, I wanted to set up an on-line course to accompany our upcoming book, and to have it be able to incorporate the best of in-person teaching. Although I taught lots of live Zoom classes since March 2020, I felt frustrated with the limitations of that platform. I joined the Experience Master Class and learned how to make on-line courses even better than in-person! I realized that there was much about education that I accepted in theory but had not found a way to incorporate. I especially appreciate the concepts of momentum, early easy wins, and celebrating a clear and measurable mission accomplished. Frankly, EPM is so rich in information and personal help that I have been able to craft something far better than I had imagined and to market it effectively.
What's your biggest takeaway from EPM?
My biggest takeaway is the importance of both the celebration of small wins in increments of increasing difficulty and the celebration of mission accomplished as an essential part of teaching.
What's now possible for you because of your Experience Product?
It's possible to set up an online course that has top pedgagogy
Is there anything else you would like to add?
The value of what is taught in EPM, and the way in which it is taught, exceeds the cost of the program by ten or twenty times. It is obvious that everyone involved deeply cares about the success and happiness of all the participants.
