Your MISSION ACCOMPLISHED Story
I wanted to create a course for landlords. I had lots of topic ideas, but not a single idea how or where to start. I joined EPM and discovered that the first time didn't have to be perfect. In fact, I noticed that some of the courses I had taken weren't even ready when until after a group of students signed up. I followed the EPM motto of "progress over perfection" and now have a course that is ready to launch.
I'm more focused and have a feeling of accomplishment. EPM has motivated me more than any course I've taken since law school. The Milestone doc kept me moving through the process even when I didn't feel finished with the previous milestone. I realized that completing a milestone was more important than getting it just right because I could always go back and fine tune later. This is actually how I write my legal briefs, but didn't realize it until taking this course. I have a whole new perspective on my creative process. Get it done now, even if you have to fix (fine tune) it later, Wash, rinse, and repeat. I feel like I could create any number of courses on any number of subjects using the processes EPM taught me.
I started with EPM, completely raw and as a fresher. Unlike other participants in the group who had some sort of business / experience / product, I just had rough idea about what I did like to create. With that idea in mind, I was looking at a right program, coaching, way forward to build a course followed by business. And I can proudly say that EPM has been one of the best investment of 2020 (and actually of my life). I, do have a product but also lot more clarity on my work and business. I owe it to EPM, Marisa and her team (Specific mention - Marisa, Murray, Emily and Uwe).
What is your biggest takeaway from EPM?
Nothing is IMPOSSIBLE with EPM, and Marisa

By making available all the much required resource - Clarity through recorded lessons, coaching from various coaches in group, technical and other related support that is utmost required in business (through diversified team members)

My Dream Business
"This has been a challenging process for me. I was moving when the program first started and was injured in the moving process. However, when I saw the content, I knew I had to join - urgency of only once a year really got to me! I have made a habit of attending at least one professional development activity annually - most years, it's been at least 2 and often more - over the course of a 40+ year career that's a lot of PD!
That's the context for you to understand the significance of my next statement: This is the BEST course I have ever invested in! I love Marisa!! The program design was by far the best I have seen with 3 sessions weekly (I never missed one) and a live coach to work with us in the pod and by email! Further, the indirect and direct modeling demonstrated by Marisa was phenomenal! Coach Matthew and Coach Laura and Murray are phenoms in their own right! The ability to receive side-coaching was truly a great experience! Facebook was a fairly new experience for me as I haven't been one to share much. This Facebook group is awesome!
I received so much more than I paid for and this is a great message for you to send to everyone in the groups you teach. If people feel as if they are getting much more than they paid for, they are more likely to be repeat customers. If all of your students do this, your reputation simply will resound around the world - and all of our businesses will be successful! "
What is your biggest takeaway from EPM?
We have the ability to be real change agents and beneficial to many around the world!!
How did EPM help you become successful?
I can't claim success yet. But, I think I'm much closer than I was! I have a product that is truly life changing and my goal is to get it out there and make a real difference for others.
How has EPM and your success impacted your life?
I am more confident of getting to MA. I now have a firmer grasp on the next steps I will take and a better attitude about how to manage "no" as a learning opportunity. I am very excited about the impact my products will have on people! I am also excited about the ability to choose the language as this is a truly universal product!
What has been the biggest change in your business?
I think I have more focus now. I will be re-watching a couple of the modules to help me get more clarity in the marketing and design area. I have been challenged because my circle of influence has grown very narrow as a result of a late in life diagnosis of Asthma that has cut my travel and interactions significantly down. I know I'm not responsible. (Who would ask for or do anything to get asthma?) But, ao has been heavily involved and active professionalls one why and locally, it has been difficult to conceptualize how to grow my business. However, I think these strategies will be very helpful.
What is now possible for you because of your Experience Product?
I can see the light at the end of the tunnel! I know I will get to MA and far beyond because I have great products that solve a real need and now have a process to use to help me get there.
I am so grateful I joined the October 2021 version of EPM. I had previously gone through EPM with the Evergreen product and support from Coach Debra. This time around was so different with the weekly coaching calls with Coach Kat, the Get it Done Fridays and my favorite, Mondays with Marisa. I encountered several blocks and received answers via the side door coaching from Marisa. I remember one specific day thinking it would be really nice to see what advice she would give to improve results with chatter boxing. Then I went on the call and she reviewed fellow student's emails, texts and processes and my questions were answered. Brilliant! I now understand the concept of the 'd##k pics' and where I had an opportunity to improve my connections and build better rapport with my customers. I ran into a couple of personal situations that tried to stop me and I didn't let them. I completed my MVP on 1/28 and did move my program start date to later than I originally planned. However, I have brought conversations to the closing cycle in the last couple of days. I have some soft commitments from early January and will be spending the next three weeks chatter boxing, making connections and closing sales. I know I will reach my goals and beyond. My first round EPM course has run multiple times and I've more than earned my original investment. I learned so much in this latest EPM course and am confident I will exceed my investment and so much more.
I was struggling with taking the leap from a full-time job and committing to my business – which had been a side-hustle for the past 5 years. I lacked the business know how, and wasn’t sure how to make a substantial income to support my young family. I joined EPM and I learned how to organise my knowledge as a program, and market my program through chatterboxing. I originally designed a 6-week experience product, but through chatterboxing with a school about the product, it became clear that they were interested in a longer term (12 month or more) product, so I expanded my experience product from a 6-week to a 12-month product and sold it for AUD $18,000!!! Not bad for a first sale!! I'm currently also chatterboxing with another school who is already discussing a slightly modified version of the same product and have committed AUD $8,000! That's AUD $26,000 in one month! Woohoo!
Your GRADUATION Story
Although I have created and taught many courses as a professional educator, I wanted to set up an on-line course to accompany our upcoming book, and to have it be able to incorporate the best of in-person teaching. Although I taught lots of live Zoom classes since March 2020, I felt frustrated with the limitations of that platform. I joined the Experience Master Class and learned how to make on-line courses even better than in-person! I realized that there was much about education that I accepted in theory but had not found a way to incorporate. I especially appreciate the concepts of momentum, early easy wins, and celebrating a clear and measurable mission accomplished. Frankly, EPM is so rich in information and personal help that I have been able to craft something far better than I had imagined and to market it effectively.
What's your biggest takeaway from EPM?
My biggest takeaway is the importance of both the celebration of small wins in increments of increasing difficulty and the celebration of mission accomplished as an essential part of teaching.

It's possible to set up an online course that has top pedgagogy
Is there anything else you would like to add?
The value of what is taught in EPM, and the way in which it is taught, exceeds the cost of the program by ten or twenty times. It is obvious that everyone involved deeply cares about the success and happiness of all the participants.
I was struggling to bring this course to fruition. The previous course I enrolled in wasn't enough to get me from point A to point B. I joined EPM and what an amazing experience. I thrive on accountability. Having to meet deadlines and show up for coaching calls made all the difference in the world. I gained the confidence I needed to overcome the imposter syndrome that crippled by efforts. I have revamped my course, learned so much more than I had ever expected to learn and am on way to helping others succeed.
Your MADE A WHOLE LOT MORE Story
Since 2014, I've dreamed of giving online courses but I was technophobic, so I was stuck. I procrastinated. But it was just in my mind and I wasn't proud of me. Sometimes, I even felt miserable, until I joined Experience Product Masterclass. Because of the new mindset (anti-procrastination and anti-procrastination) and because of the guarantee, I've been able to finally experiment the power of massive imperfect actions! Even though I resisted chatterbox, I've made my 1st sale during my 1st conversation! And I've proved my idea by doing 3 sales after 4 conversations, which was my target goal. I've double that result by making 6 sales and it's my 3rd weeks of teaching and coaching online. My students are very satisfied and I've finally realized my dear dream. And you know what? I was technologically challenged and now, I teach some software. LOL! Thank you so much, Marisa! You changed my life for the best. I LOVE that!
Having an online business was a dream. Now, it's real! I took massive imperfect action. I even teach EPM anti-procrastination and anti-perfectionnist approach to my students (and future authors). Being unstoppable. I keep the momentum doing. I was a dreamer. I'm now a doer. Because of EPM, I've been able to finally realize my dear dream of teaching and coaching online to help stuck people to write and launch their ebook!
Your MISSION ACCOMPLISHED Story
I knew I needed to either tweak an existing product or create a new one to increase more client engagement and implementation but was unsure which to do. I joined EPM and promptly got sick for several weeks; however, I wouldn't let that stop me. I took the time I needed to recover and continued working the program as I had energy and mental bandwidth to do. Working on the chatterbox pivots really helped me frame my product for on-the-fly conversations. Even though my health severely delayed my delivery timeline and I haven't made a sale yet, I've been able to talk more easily about how I help people with my program while in casual conversations with those around me. It makes each encounter that much more meaningful.
I have gotten more clarity on my "client roadmap" and the programs I want to create from here. Listening to others strive to verbalize their product's mission and what they do has reassured me that it takes lots of tweaking sometimes to get the language right. My confidence in my ability to figure out the marketing piece has grown. "Own the ""earn while you learn"" mindset and be unapologetic that more feedback can change the trajectory of my product.
